Starting Point: Initial Meeting At Your Residence.....the Easy Part
We understand that your home is more than just a place - it's where life happens. That's why we offer personalized initial consultation meetings at your residence, providing the opportunity to discuss your needs, preferences and goals in the comfort of your own space. This meeting allows us to gain a deeper understanding of your vision while also assessing the environment to ensure tailored recommendations. Whether you are planning a renovation, redesign or simply seeking expert advice, our team is here to make that process seamless and stress-free.

Working Sketches and Budget Discussions......the Stressful Part
Everyone has a budget, and we understand how challenging it can be to estimate the costs behind those inspiring landscape images. Often, a significant cost of landscape construction is hidden—much like an iceberg, where a large portion lies beneath the surface. That’s where we come in. During the budget refinement stage, our goal is to carefully plan and balance both aesthetics and functionality. By thoughtfully selecting materials and essential design elements, we ensure your project not only meets its vision but also delivers a stunning, one-of-a-kind transformation—at a price that fits your budget.
The Contract......the Legal Part
Once the final drawings are complete, we will prepare a comprehensive Construction Contract. This document will clearly outline key details, including scope of work, payment terms, materials to be used, warranties, and the fixed pricing for your project. At this stage, a construction deposit will be required. After the contract is signed, we will finalize the permit drawings (subject to Client approval before submission), coordinate utility locates, order necessary materials, and tentatively schedule the construction start date.

The Build.....the Exciting Part
Once construction begins, effective communication becomes essential. To start, our Project Manager or Construction Manager personally introduces our field staff to the Client, ensuring a seamless transition into the build process. As the project progresses, questions may arise, and we encourage open communication. If there are any special events or family functions planned at the home, we ask Clients to inform us in advance, so we can minimize potential disruptions and accommodate their schedules.
During the initial stages of construction, we typically arrange weekly meetings between the Client and Project Manager. These meetings provide an opportunity to address questions, review progress, and resolve any concerns. If changes to the contract are required—whether additions or deletions—they will be documented and managed through a detailed Contract Change Order. As the project nears completion, we provide the Client with a Close Out Report, which allows for the identification of perceived deficiencies or incomplete tasks. The Project Manager works closely with the Client to address these items, and every effort is made to resolve outstanding issues promptly.
